Colworth Builders Limited provides building and renovation services including loft conversions, extensions, Velux window installations, and internal works across West Sussex.
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes agreement to proceed on the terms stated therein.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
